You build close relationships with the global MSC partitions and plead them. You carry out proactive analyses of our MSC processes to derive and initiate improvements. You act as a savings partner for your peers and executives. You are responsible for entering and maintaining tariff data as well as adjusting booking rates in our internal systems for preparing the invoice. You check billing errors and analyze them to continuously improve processes and resolve disputes with customers and agencies. You take care of the correction of invoices, clarifies inconsistencies, in particular in Demurrage & Detention costs, and soar for proper billing. You support the monitoring of equipment and the distribution of reefer equipment and the clarification of input invoices and corresponding incongruencies.

You are a shipping businessman (m/w/d), a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or you have completed another commercial training or study with a focus on logistics and brings well-founded professional experience in the logistics sector. Do you want to take the first steps with leadership responsibility or do you already have experience in personnel management? For us, you like to work with people and enjoy developing your team and you. You convince by your communication strength as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style. You have fun thinking analytic and driving developments forward. You also have very good German and English skills.
