Team management: technical and disciplined management of the MRP team for new and used cars Process optimization and digitization: driving the automation and standardization of MRP processes for maximum efficiency Personnel use and planning: Creating schedules, regulating holiday periods and ensuring optimal representation functions Analysis and Reporting: Capturing and evaluating MRP-relevant key figures for controlling and developing the team Quality assurance: Ensuring a high quality of order and document as part of the customer journey Interface Management: Close cooperation with sales and regular coordination with sellers, sales managers and other departments

Qualification: Completed training, preferably as an automobile businesswoman or comparable Experience: At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the MRP or automotive industry as well as in the leadership of employees Technical knowledge: Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and Word, as well as experience in using industry-specific software
