You are responsible for on-time pay billing including time management for a fixed group of employees You are a competent person for employees, executives and HR in matters relating to wage tax, social security, labour and collective bargaining You are working on complex billing-relevant topics such as occupational pension provision, part-time, corporate cars, postages or international mailings You work closely with internal departments, the Works Council and external bodies and actively engage in payroll projects You ensure compliance with statutory requirements and take on special topics such as company pension adjustments or other accounting-relevant processes as pay calculators, payroll holders or experienced payroll experts

A completed commercial training as well as multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of labour, wage tax, social security and collective bargaining A secure handling of SAP HCM, MS Office and electronic reporting procedures (e.g. ELSTER, DEÜV and EEL) Good English knowledge of word and writing A structured, careful and responsible way of working, as well as the ability to keep track of work-intensive phases Depending on the type of disability, any place in our company can be suitable for people with disabilities.

The position is to be filled in full-time (40 hours per week) within the framework of tests & adjustments. A later takeover is provided.
