Management of Windows client and server systems: management of user accounts, troubleshooting and troubleshooting. Consumption and coordination of support requests. Installation and maintenance of hardware and software. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry. Ability for on-site hardware support, in particular cabling and moving of hardware. If you are also interested in IT in terms of hobby, this is perfect. You are very service-oriented.
