Photovoltaic Fitter (m/f/d)

You mount PV systems on roofs of private houses and commercial enterprises, mostly in the team, mostly regionally. Your work is visible on the roof at the end of the day and supplies real households with self-generated electricity. RMW is a regional master business and part of the solareins group, with over 25,000 installed PV systems, heat pumps and commercial stores.

You'll get

• salary: 38,400 to 48,000 € gross, depending on the experience, plus expenses for external use
• High quality equipment: workwear, tool, company vehicle for construction site 30 days
• Continuing training: manufacturer training and qualification for the PV installation specialist partner, we finance this
• Ascent path within the solareins group: Monteur, Obermonteur, Bauleitung

You do

• You mount substructures, solar modules, inverters and cabling on steep and flat roofs, step by step until the system is finished.
• You work in the team and are the direct contact for customers on site.
• You keep security rules and make sure that the construction site remains clean and ordered.
• You work for installation plans and give feedback if something doesn't fit.

That's what you bring

• Experience in the field of photovoltaic installation (e.g. electricians, rooftops, metal builders)
• Technical understanding, careful working and a good eye for quality
• Team skills and friendly handling of local customers
• You have a class B driving license, ideally BE
• Organisational skills and responsibility
