Your everyday work includes: You lead, guide and control the team in the sense of a profit center You recognize and promote the potential of your employees Together with your employees, you realize our corporate goals You advise the customers assigned to you in all services and product fields for business customers In particular, our commercial customers also offer modern payment methods and innovative payment solutions You maintain existing customer relationships and expand them further You coordinate the central service and support for all commercial customers You recognize trends and developments in media consulting You may coordinate the customer address of your colleagues/colleges from adjacent fields

This distinguishes you: Qualification for an entrepreneur or comparable training Ideally multi-year experience in employee management Experience in commercial customer business convincing and winning appearance combined with a pronounced communication capability high success, above-average commitment and flexibility the ability to motivate your team and successfully lead under yield points sales skills you have already successfully demonstrated Acquisition and negotiation skills High affinity for new media and digital processes
