Your qualifications

Educational degrees: You have acquired a degree in civil engineering, civil engineering or industrial engineer construction or equivalent qualification.

Professional experience: You have many years of professional experience from railway construction and/or engineering with reference to railway construction - at best in dealing with DB AG - and you will demonstrate your successes at management level.

Your personality You are self-confident, convince by unexcited sovereignty and place the joint success at the centre of your action. Their communication style is direct and objective. You show the ability to successfully lead employees with their different backgrounds and cultural embossments – based on empathy, intercultural sensitivity as well as an appropriate situational leadership. Projektleiter (m/w/d) You directly influence the strategic orientation and technical economic development of the company and bear the overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the technology business unit. You think and act entrepreneurially, have a high degree of transformation and innovation competence, make your decisions with a vision and communicate them clearly within the flat corporate hierarchy.
