We are looking for you Your tasks • Responsibility for controlling our planning system (Slim4) and ensuring that all planning parameters (MTO/MTS, delivery time, security stock, minimum order quantity, reorder point, planning horizon, corrected forecast...) are set efficiently to achieve the desired service level and optimize the inventory • Participation in the S&OP process with sales, supply chain, operations, product management and finance managers as well as documentation of forecast assumptions and decisions • Responsibility for creating and maintaining demand forecasts taking into account historical data, market trends and sales strategies • Stock management: optimisation of stocks, reduction of outdated stocks and waste • Supplier Forecasts: Ensuring timely availability of materials through accurate forecasts and cooperation with suppliers • Participation in SKU rationalization discussions to support demand estimates • Contribution to the initial forecast for new product planning and monitoring of market reactions • Management of discontinued articles and coordination with other departments for a smooth, cost-effective expiry phase

Your profile • Complete studies of business, industrial engineering or a comparable field with a focus on supply chain management • At least 3 years of experience in supply & demand planning, demand planning/stock management and forecasting • Very good knowledge in planning systems (Slim4 or comparable), in analytical systems such as Power BI and in SAP or comparable systems desirable as well as sound MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Excellent analytical & conceptual • Experience in an international group • flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are advantageous
