Negotiation & Contract Manager - Care (m/f/d)

You are responsible for negotiations on treaties and compensations of extraclinical intensive care according to § 132l SGB V for AOK Baden-Württemberg and for the national associations of the health insurance companies in Baden-Württemberg and the replacement insurance companies You develop, implement and coordinate the processes in contract and compensation management of extraclinical intensive care You coordinate organisational negotiation strategies and budget assessments You work with the development and support of legislative projects to develop extraclinical intensive care You work with bodies and working groups at federal and state level as well as with associations and contractors You edit and answer inputs of ministries or political initiatives in the topic

You have completed your studies on the AOK farmer/in, a successfully completed university degree in the fields of economics or health economics, health management or have a comparable qualification; a professional background is advantageous You bring several years of professional experience in the field of contract and negotiation management, preferably in the health/care environment and with a focus on extraclinical intensive care (AKI) Ideally, you could already gain first experience in lateral guidance You are a team player, work networked and yet self-organized and self-initiative You communicate addressably, possess negotiation skills and a natural enforcement capability You think equally analytic and strategic, are curious and have a quick understanding
