Site manager for demolition and gutting (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for managing and monitoring demolition and degeneration projects. You co-ordinate the construction site staff as well as after-contractors and guide them in a targeted manner. You look forward to meeting dates, costs and quality requirements. You agree with clients, authorities and all project participants. You create work and security plans. You document the construction process and prepare the billing.

You have professional experience in the construction management, ideally in the area of demolition and decontamination. You know well with the VOB and the relevant regulations. You bring enforcement strength, organizational talent and an independent way of working. You own the license class B.

You have experience in rebuilding and have already successfully supervised projects in management Your independent and structured work allows you to effectively organize and implement tasks With a safe handling of office applications and good German skills, you are well equipped for the job Communication strength and team skills are your strengths that help you successfully act in the team and drive projects forward
