Strategic and operational management of the IT department

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team

Development and implementation of IT strategies to support business goals

Ensuring the care standards of the company network

Review and coordination of IT capacities with management and communication with the organisation

Revision, standardization and optimization of business processes and development of IT solutions to simplify processes

Control of security measures, data protection and server administration

IT Risk Management and Vulnerability Analysis

Completed IT degree or comparable qualification

Multiannual IT leadership experience

Basic knowledge of all SAP standard processes and their dependencies

Practical experience in project management for SAP and optimally in IT infrastructure

Analytical and structured personality combined with a strong capacity for strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

Embossed social competence as leadership and as an intercultural team player with above-average self-motivation

High level of creativity, enforcement, openness and strong communication and presentation skills in German and English coupled with enthusiasm
