1. Preparation and care of various pasties, sourded, brewing and cooking pieces Responsibility for ripening, temperatures and quality of all preliminary stages kneading and preparation of bread pastries and fine bakers Observing and controlling dough development Two. Work-up / Handmade Semmeln & Brezn – round action, grinding, braiding of semmals, hand-cuffed Brezn Editing various pastries in real handwork Forms of special bread and seasonal bakery products Precise work for a consistently high-quality product image
2. Baking ovens and wood ovens Shooting and professional baking of breads, semmals and pastries Work with different fermentation stages and long-term guided tours Control of back processes for consistently highest quality

Completed training as a baker:in or multi-year practical experience Craftsmanship and passion for traditional baking Bock, continue to develop, learn new things and actively introduce you Joy in team work in an open bakery Reliability, sense of responsibility and readiness for early working hours

Close to the workplace – if necessary we offer an apartment in the immediate vicinity of the bakery, ideal for short distances and more flexibility in everyday life.
