completed technical training (electrician, electronic, mechatronic, etc.) - technical interest sound mechanical/connected knowledge depending on the industry - problem solution orientation, technical understanding and craftsmanship Customer orientation, good communication skills independent working with the necessary pragmatism, reliability and schedule Class B travel readiness and driving licence - desire to advance things together with a strong team humor, serenity and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
