In this responsible position you take over the planning, control and implementation of forward-looking infrastructure projects such as e.g. the construction of modern block heating power plants (BHKW) and power-to-heat plants. Totally responsible planning, control and implementation of the projects for the construction of energy production plants. Development of technical solutions and monitoring of the implementation and construction of the plants. Creation, testing and monitoring of tendering and awarding documents. Technical management and control of the project team as well as operational planning, control and monitoring of the project processes. Coordination of all internal and external project participants and relevant interfaces. Monitoring dates, costs and quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations. Ensuring contractual, technical and qualitative project objectives including regular project status reports.

Qualification: Successfully completed university or university studies in a relevant field, such as energy technology, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. Professional experience: Relevant experience in managing and implementing complex infrastructure, energy or plant engineering projects. Expertise: Funded knowledge in project management as well as in the planning, tendering, awarding and realization of infrastructure and energy projects. Experience in appointment, cost and quality management and contract management. Ideally, you will learn about the planning and construction of block-fired power plants, power-to-heat plants or comparable energy production plants. A secure handling of MS Office as well as knowledge in VOB, HOAI, AVA and common project management tools complete your profile. Soft Skills: organisational and coordination skills and a structured and independent way of working. Communication and enforcement skills as well as leadership competencies as your competence to successfully lead complex projects to the goal.
