Your tasks at a glance: The planning and control of maritime training measures take your own responsibility and coordinate all relevant stakeholders. In theoretical as well as practical teaching, you can convey expertise and maritime skills in a contemporary and motivating manner. External training providers will accompany you professionally by organizing, coordinating and monitoring their services in terms of quality. You will allow up-to-date technical and didactic standards to be included in your preparation and continuous updating of training documents. In technical documentation, you will introduce your know-how and ensure that educational content is clearly and structured. Through close cooperation with project teams, technical specialists and external partners, you contribute to the further development of the training programs. You actively contribute to reviews, needs analysis and quality assurance measures to continuously improve the training opportunities. With expert advice, you can support internal and external stakeholders in all issues relating to maritime education and training.
Complete studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, marine engineering, industrial engineer) or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in the maritime field, in the armed forces of the Bundeswehr or in training Experience in the design, organisation and implementation of technical training Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Embossed didactic skills as well as safe occurrence before groups Structured, team-oriented working and high self-initiative
