You coordinate the nature-protection compensation for new and remodeling projects of TransnetBW. You are responsible for the negotiations of the road law offices with landowners, contracts for care measures and the safeguarding of compensatory measures incl. Preparation and documentation. You are proactively involved in the exchange and flow of information on the area requirements of balancing areas and are the central contact person in the overall project SuedLink. You seek required compensatory areas and conduct negotiations with land agencies. You ensure a uniform approach to securing compensating surfaces. You actively introduce your ideas, identify possible problems as well as obstacles and continuously develop the Compensation theme complex.

You have a degree in environmental or landscape planning, agricultural sciences, nature conservation, biology or a comparable degree course, ideally combined with professional experience in the field of environmental and nature conservation, or bring a completed vocational training with practice to the above-mentioned priorities. You have experience with the intervention control as well as with landscape-careful accompanying plans. You provide well-founded knowledge of nature conservation and planning law and, at best, know-how in the planning of measures and implementation. You convince with a safe occurrence, good oral and written expressability and ideally experience in dealing with authorities and service providers. You have a high level of initiative and team skills, work safely with MS Office, have first GIS experience and bring travel readiness.
