Commercial Project Assistance - TGA / HVAC (m/f/d)

You actively support the project management in all phases of our demanding TGA projects and act as a central organizational interface for the entire team. You independently manage the entire project correspondence, coordinate appointments with internal and external partners and arrange MS Office for smooth processes. You take over the commercial project execution, process performance directories, check carefully and keep the finances in mind. You prepare meetings as well as construction site appointments before and after, start the necessary documents and accompany appointments on site to ensure the progress of the project. You actively contribute to the further development of our digital work processes and thus contribute significantly to the efficiency increase in project management.

You have completed a commercial training and have already brought several years of professional experience in project assistance or office management. As an organizational designer, you work very structured and are sure to deal with common office software, especially MS Office. You’re curious about new digital tools, are happy to help shape processes and ideally bring a fundamental interest in technical projects (TGA). As a reliable team player, you communicate clearly and proactively, but you also like to work independently and carefully. You speak and write German.
