Speaker on International Markets and Economic Law (m/f/d)

Company advice: You provide information on international economic law, including international delivery conditions (Incoterms®), international contract design, cross-border working models, employee deliveries abroad and tax issues in the field of external trade. Together with the foreign trade chambers, you will provide information on new target markets and will accompany companies on market entry issues, for example on the respective foundation options and on-site product requirements. You carry out business visits, place our offers and find out where the shoe presses in foreign trade. In addition, you submit residence-law statements in accordance with § 21 of the Residence Act to the foreign authorities. Set up developments: You observe and analyse current economic, political and legal developments with relevance to the regional economy and identify their impact on companies. In addition to the companies, addressees are also IHK bodies, politics and administration. Organise knowledge transfer: You develop information events, webinars and workshops, as well as new formats, relevant topics, win and maintain external speakers. Strengthening networks: You use our network of foreign trading chambers (AHKs), other IHKs and other partner organisations and maintain it continuously.

A successfully completed study of law, economics and related fields of study, ideally related to international economic, commercial and tax law. Interest in international economic relations and external issues with matching English skills. The ability to prepare complex legal and economic facts in a comprehensible and practical way. Communication strength as well as pleasure in consulting and network work. Own initiative, organisational skills and a pronounced service understanding. For your flexibility in the IHK district, you need the class B licence.
