Your role In an interdisciplinary team of experts, you will find tricky questions about the lifespan stability of (EUV) layers by means of a variety of analysis.

Through scientific detective work, they experience interactions at interfaces up to the sub-nanometer range and derive from how (din) layer systems can be further optimized

They plan and organize experimental life test series and thus understand the complex relationships between manufacturing processes, cleanliness and cleaning processes on the shift life
