How is a company built? And what are the people who work there doing all the long day? At Mewa you will receive answers to these questions. During your three-year training, you will go through various commercial departments of our company. In this way, you will soon see the big whole and find out how a rod reaches the other. For example, you can make station in departments such as customer care, personnel, marketing and accounting for several weeks. Here you will get to know the respective tasks and colleagues, actively support the daily to-do and coordinate small projects. Your activities are correspondingly diverse: For example, in the staff team you will support the search for new employees or organize employee training. In marketing, you create contributions for social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. You like to work with numbers? In this case, you will blossom in our accounting. You're more of a speech? Then you can delight in customer service. And in the sales team you will learn to process customer requests and create offers. But not only in practice expand your knowledge and experience: If you are interested in internal training and of course the vocational school: twice a week the Schulze-Delitzsch School in Wiesbaden. Other Goodies: Presentation trainings, a final final project in the last year of training and intensive exam preparation.

You can apply if you have your Abitur/Fachabitur or a good real school degree in your pocket. It is important that you are interested in the business processes and the organizational relationships in a company. Of course, you like to work on your PC and have fun in typical office activities.
