Customer Service, Sales, and Training Employee (m/f/d)

What challenges you You support our B2B customers by phone and e-mail when working with our web applications. You accompany test users: from the first login to the decision – incl. Onboarding, need clarification and recommendation of the appropriate product. You are actively following test applications and inbound leads (no cold acquisition/no list calls) – with the aim of achieving degrees after the test phase. You document cleanly in the system (tickets/CRM) and ensure reliable customer data. Perspectively, you take trainings/webinars (in case of interest and need) and accompany contracting authorities in the use of our procurement software through the procurement process – as a contact person:in and project support.

What we like You are open, strong in communication and like to give customers a good service experience. You have the pleasure of recommending suitable solutions and leading discussions to the next step (e.g. appointment, offer, conclusion). You like to work with clear goals (e.g. conversion after test phase, high customer satisfaction) and document cleanly. You have a basic technical understanding and, of course, you are careful in handling data. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good expressiveness. You are solution-oriented, engaged and can set yourself to different customers. It is easy for you to work independently in the team as well.
