As Teamlead Salesforce Consulting (m/w/d), you play a key role in managing our Salesforce Consulting team. You co-ordinate the consultants and administrators:inside, bundle requirements from the departments and act as a connecting interface between business and technology. Together with your team for clear structures, transparent platform reports and a targeted implementation of requirements in the agile environment, you will support this.

Management and management of Salesforce Consulting and Operations teams with focus on technical advice, administration, team coordination and operational platform topics Perception of scrum master tasks for structuring agile processes (e.g. sprint planning) Collection, analysis and consolidation of change requests from the departments Sales and recruitment Development of Salesforce-suitable solutions together with your team and the technical controller Interface between specialist and technology as well as bridge builders:in for requirements and possible implementation Construction, development and management of PowerBI/Jira reports to control relevant salesforce key figures Optimization of processes around Salesforce in coordination with development

Successfully completed IT degree, at least on Bachelor level, or a comparable qualification Relevant salesforce experience as well as a good understanding of the possibilities and limits of the platform Salesforce certification as administrator:in as a must-have, further salesforce certificates are advantageous Leadership experience in the control, coordination and further development of a team Experience as Scrum Master Secure understanding of requirements management, process control and reporting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as excellent German and English skills
