As Legal Counsel (m/w/d) at WCG Wärme Contracting GmbH, you are a central contact person for all legal issues of our company. You support the management and specialist departments in contractual, corporate and labour law matters, audit and design contracts and ensure that our projects and business processes are legally secured. With your legal know-how, you are instrumental in ensuring that our solutions in the field of heat contracting are implemented legally and efficiently. Keeping in mind regulatory requirements, ensuring and developing compliance with relevant legal requirements and continuously implementing compliance structures and measures in the company.

Advising the management and specialist departments in all legal issues, in particular contract, company and labour law Creation and testing of contracts with customers, partners and suppliers Accompanying projects from a legal perspective, including risk analysis and compliance check Participation in the development and implementation of internal guidelines and processes Support in the processing of legal matters to authorities or external lawyers

Complete study of law (1st and 2nd State Exams) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position or firm desirable Knowledge of contract, company and labour law Safe handling of legal research and documentation Analytical thinking, careful working and negotiation skills Teamability, communication strength and responsibility awareness
