You enter and develop our SAP H4S4 landscape and support in implementing new requirements Depending on the focus of experience, you work in different SAP H4S4 modules such as PA, OM, PT or PY as well as adjacent HR-IT topics You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and develop practical solutions You create technical and IT concepts and accompany their implementation You work in projects to further develop our HR system landscape and take responsibility for your own topics You advise specialist areas and support technical and process issues

Successfully completed training or studies in the field of computer science or in a similar field Professional experience in the SAP-HCM/SAP-H4S4 environment Knowledge of at least two SAP IT topics such as PA, OM, PT, PY, ESS/MSS, permissions, Fiori, ABAP, HCM interfaces or SAP-based assignment You are interested in further SAP H4S4 topics and new technologies You work independently, structured and solution-oriented Very good German and sufficient English skills as well as a pronounced service and team orientation complete your profile You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to be part of tk accelis?
