You take over the contract design in the new and existing business of health insurance and ensure that all contractual contents are implemented correctly and customer-oriented. You carry out the medical risk assessment as well as the general application examination and make informed decisions based on your professional expertise. You advise and maintain sales partners and customers by phone as in writing, answer questions competently and provide service-oriented communication. You process telephone requests in a case-closing manner so that customer requests are quickly, reliably and satisfactorily solved. You work closely together in the team to continuously optimize processes and continuously develop service quality.

You have completed training to/from the Kaufmann/Kauffrau for insurance and finance – this qualification is absolutely necessary. You bring medical expertise that allows you to carry out a sound and safe risk assessment. You work safely with the common systems, including KuNEO and TEWIS, and move routined in digital work environments. You are characterized by a fast conception and a high self-initiative and work on tasks in a targeted and efficient manner. You are team-ready and open-minded, like to work with others and support a positive team dynamic. Their mode of operation is independent, structured and characterized by high operational readiness, even in challenging situations. You have strong consulting and social competence and face customers and colleagues professionally and value-adding. You communicate clearly and convincingly and bring the necessary enforcement capacity to safely represent decisions.
