With our online shop Ganz24.com as well as numerous marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Otto, Kaufland and ManoMano we supply private customers, specialist retailers and installers throughout Europe. We continuously grow and are looking for a reliable employee for our full-time accounting.

Preparatory accounting in cooperation with our tax office Own collection and consolidation of current business transactions (input and output accounts, bank movements, cash register) settlement of payment transactions and supervision of open items Creation of reminders and receivable management Processing of travel costs and expenses Maintenance of master data in our ERP system (Xentral) and Lexoffice Support for monthly and annual preparation General commercial activities and close coordination with management and tax advisors

Completed commercial training, ideally as a tax specialist, accountant or comparable qualification Professional experience in financial accounting of advantage — also professional starters with solid training are welcome Secure handling of DATEV, Lexoffice or comparable accounting software Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Discretion, reliability and team spirit Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
