You maintain, manage and develop our central document management system DocuWare and ensure a secure, stable and efficient operation – including digital document processing, archiving, workflows and audit-proof storage. You are responsible for the company-wide introduction and standardization of DocuWare and integrate modern OCR as well as AI-based recognition and classification processes. You analyze requirements from finance, purchasing, personnel, sales and service and transfer them to scalable, efficient DMS processes. You coordinate external service providers, control DMS-related projects and drive forward the continuous optimization of document-based processes within the framework of our digitalization strategy. You support the integration of DocuWare into ERP systems and other specialist applications and act as a central interface between IT and the departments. After the introduction, you take over the ongoing operation, monitoring and quality assurance of the entire DMS environment.
You have a degree from IT-technical fields such as computer science, business informatics or a comparable educational path, e.g. training as a specialist informatics Found experience with DocuWare. Good understanding of DMS processes, digital workflows, archiving and Security concepts and interface and system integration. Ideally, knowledge in the use of OCR and AI-based classification methods. Analytical thinking, structured working and a high sense of quality and responsibility. Communication strength, team capacity and joy in actively shaping digital business processes.
