The role of inventory technology customer center (KC) is responsible for the optimal technical condition of the apartments. As a technical specialist on site, the role is equally contact for customers, KC employees, central departments and service providers and contributes to customer loyalty and satisfaction through the rapid, efficient and sustainable processing of technical customer concerns and thus to the preservation of a sustainable tenant. Participation in the planning of maintenance/value improvement measures as part of the new lease Support in the context of change of tenants and commissioning, monitoring and accounting of complex technical circumstances to ensure the technically contractual condition Monitoring of the technical condition of existing objects for the early introduction of appropriate measures in the event of a significant loss commissioning and approval of maintenance and value improvement measures in the stock and in the course of new leases, as well as in the case of technically complex measures Monitoring of centrally planned repair and modernisation measures Implementation of measures of planned maintenance in KC management in coordination with team management Technical and legal advice of existing customers (e.g. moisture problem, asbestos, energy carrier change, e-store columns, balcony PVC and TGA) for contractual use of the rental thing and for technical support of the role Customer service Examination of legal and technical possibilities of individual modernization on request for tenants and support of the role of customer service in the creation of funeral contracts Support for real estate sales in technical measures in sales objects for sales preparation Participation in the commissioning of new construction projects and modernisation measures (focus: TGA) Acceptance of services and warranty tracking in various trades Transfer of technical changes to ensure uniform, up-to-date and meaningful master data to the relevant central specialist area (referral changes) Support for elementary damage in the context of technical requirements and subsequent processes Implementation of special tasks on instructions of the respective leadership
