Solution Architect AI Agents Azure (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE Dedicate intelligent agentic AI solutions for customer processes: you design and implement Azure-native agentic solutions for the automation, support and optimization of business processes based on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel and other Azure AI services – from the first idea to stable operation in production. Agent and Process Architectures: You develop agent-based architectures including tool integration, memory persistence, multi-agency orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, guardrails and evaluation mechanisms. As a digital process assistant, decision-makers or autonomous part-process engineers, you integrate AI agents into existing customer processes. Design process flows & system integrations: You create intelligent process sequences, agent workflows and toolchains, integrate knowledge sources, RAG pipelines, specialist applications and analytics components, and integrate external systems via Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Azure Storage, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure AI Search or API Management. DevOps & Delivery for AI Agents: You anchor CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, e.g. Terraform, Bicep or Azure Developer CLI, automated testing and logging and tracing, e.g. Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics and OpenTelemetry, in your architectures, and soar for safe, reproducible deployment of agentic applications in productions. End-to-end project responsibility: You accompany customers across the entire lifecycle – from process analysis, potential assessments, assessments and target image workshops to architectural and design phases to implementation – and take responsibility for the quality, scalability and operational safety of the developed agentic process solutions. Accompanying customers comprehensively: You translate concepts such as tool-use, RAG pipelines, session memory, multi-agency delegation, grounding, guardrails, and evaluation into understandable decision-making bases, start architecture roadmaps and support teams through reviews, coaching and knowledge transfer. In particular, you advise customers what processes are suitable for agentic automation, such as agents are safely embedded in existing workflows and how departments, IT and operation jointly develop sustainable solutions.

DEIN PROFIL Azure expertise and architectural understanding: You have several years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure, know the peculiarities and limits of central services, such as Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, Event Grid, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, Azure AI Search, Entra ID, Key Vault and Virtual Network, and develop scalable, secure cloud architectures for production-ready processes. Azure AI, OpenAI & LLM Agents: You worked with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service or Azure AI Agent Service and know what production-ready operation of LLM and agent solutions means. Ideally, you bring experience with tool-calling, function calling, agents, knowledge sources, vector search, guardrails, prompt evaluation and content safety. Knowledge of frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or CrewAI are a plus. You understand how agentic systems use tools, manage context, delegate tasks and are safely embedded in existing process and system landscapes. Process understanding and agentic automation: You bring practical experience in the analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes and understand how agentic tools can support, automate or partially autonomously execute processes. You can identify suitable applications for Agentic AI, evaluate benefits, feasibility and risks and translate technical requirements into feasible technical solutions. DevOps, IaC and Container Skills: You have project experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Bicep or Azure Developer CLI, CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and container platforms such as AKS or Azure Container Apps. You anchor testing, observability and security guardrails in your delivery processes. Knowledge of compliance, e.g. GDPR, BSI, ISO 27001, as well as Microsoft-Azure certifications are desirable. Ideally, you have experience in reproducible, monitored and safely transferring AI and agent solutions to productive customer environments. Consultancy competence: You can explain complex technical issues address-oriented and convince in workshops, reviews and management presentations. You advise customers on identifying suitable processes, evaluating automation potentials and introducing agentic solutions at the interface of specialist, IT and operation. KI competence: You have in-depth AI expertise, actively shape their responsible commitment in your area of responsibility and act as an enabler for customers and internally at adesso. This brings you a good understanding of Responsible AI, Guardrails, Evaluation, Monitoring, Prompt and Tool Design, RAG architectures and the safe handling of business data. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
