You are responsible for the individual case aid for young people who have become criminals and young people aged 14 to 21 years Advising and supporting young people over a period of three to twelve months is one of your tasks Actively support young people in psychosocial problems and in difficult situations of life with the aim of strengthening self-responsibility and self-employment You work closely with the judiciary, social service providers and with different advisory bodies.

A completed study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, educational sciences, childhood education with equivalent skills and experience or comparable pedagogical higher education Practical experience in the context of youth assistance in criminal proceedings and/or outpatient social pedagogical offers in the context of criminality is desirable Specialist and methodological competence in individual case aid, therapeutic additional training desirable, preferably in systemic therapy High sensitivity and understanding of the client's particular situations of life and emotional stability also in dealing with difficult case constellations Openness and appreciation for young people in their different situations of life Self-employed working and good team, cooperation and decision-making
