Representation of the interests of the client in all phases of the project – from planning to handover Control and monitoring of construction projects in the field of social facilities (e.g. service buildings, kitas, rescue guards) Coordination of external experts, architects and executive firms Ensuring compliance with costs, dates and quality standards Support for tenders and award processes Close cooperation with internal departments, authorities and project participants

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification Experience in project management and/or contractor representation desirable Knowledge of VOB, HOAI and relevant building regulations Organisational strength, initiative and communicative skills Joy of structured work in a team Safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel driving licence class B
