Your role in us As a team leader, you lead the team in raw sarcastic production and ensure that all work steps run efficiently, cleanly and on time. You plan the daily processes, coordinate materials and machines, and work actively in the production process after being incorporated. You are the person who holds together quality, precision and production flow – and at the same time drives the further development of our processes. Your main tasks: Leadership of 2 teams with a total of 8 employees in two layers Planning of layers, capacities, models and personnel use Supporting cooperation in production (cutting, milling and glueing, grinding, assembly) Ensuring quality, precision and clean production flow Maintenance of relevant ERP data (work certificates, feedback, times, product master files) Examination of material stocks and coordination of provision Control of receipt of goods Working on process optimization and setting of presetting times

What you bring You have experience in industrial woodworking and feel at home in machine room processes. You manage, communicate directly and keep an overview even in challenging situations. You work precisely, economically and with the need to keep quality not only, but to develop it further.
