In this position, you play a key role in the smooth handling of our international goods flows and ensure efficient import and export processes. You work closely with internal interfaces and external partners and ensure compliance with customs regulations. With your organizational talent and your structured work, you actively contribute to the optimization of logistical processes. At the same time, you have the opportunity to help shape processes and develop in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibility You coordinate and document all shipping processes in the goods entry and exit in close cooperation with parcel services, forwarders, suppliers and our sales locations – always with a view to efficiency, costs and timeliness You are responsible for handling customs-relevant processes in import and export, taking into account current legal requirements and optimal customs procedures for our location You carry out material bookings in the flow of goods reliably in our ERP system (SAP) You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of our import and export processes

A completed training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d), wholesale and foreign trade (m/w/d) or a commercial vocational training Relevant practical professional experience in import/export or logistics Experience in handling SAP, MS Office and ATLAS A pronounced customer and service orientation as well as a friendly appearance Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing An independent, structured and reliable way of working as well as organizational talent Teamability, commitment and willingness to take responsibility
