Design of information architecture including taxonomy, metadata, classifications as well as governance, naming and lifecycle models Build scalable M365 structures (teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and a SharePoint DMS for product and regulatory content Use of Microsoft Purview for Classification, Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention and Ensuring Information and Data Quality Development of authorization, role and data ovnership models as well as auditing the authorization landscape Ensuring information quality and SAP-relevant information models including Support of master data flows & S/4 preparation Optimization of Search, Findability & Microsoft Graph and Preparation of the Organization for Future Knowledge Management and AI Agents Enablement & Change: Creation of guidelines, implementation of workshops and management of the introduction of new IM/KM processes

Found experience in information architecture, IM structures & metadata models Deep Knowledge in Microsoft 365 Governance (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Experience with Microsoft Purview (Sensitivity Labels, DLP, Retention/Lifecycle Policies) Experience in the development of authorization, role and owner models Expertise in building structured M365 workspaces & Search/Findability Ability to design SAP-relevant information models from IM perspective Change competence: training, workshops, guidelines, process rollouts
