In Construction Management, you play a key role in the implementation of sophisticated infrastructure projects in the field of energy transition. You coordinate construction and maintenance measures in substations as well as in battery storage projects (BESS) and ensure a smooth operation at the construction site – technically, qualitatively and safety-relevant. Monitoring and control of construction services in operating buildings, relay houses, equipment and portal foundations, cable trays, large separators, steel constructions and primary equipment exchange Accompanying the installation and commissioning of battery storage systems Coordination of foreign companies, subcontractors and interfaces between storage technology, converter systems and network connection Ensuring compliance with safety regulations (DGUV, BG, OAFN) and technical regulations Documentation of the progress of construction including photo documentation, examination of dimensions and material calculations Support for assignments, job releases, decreases and deficiencies

Complete training with specialist qualification or study in the field of electrical engineering, civil engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in the construction monitoring of substations and/or battery storage projects Ideally qualifying as electric skills (EFK) Safe handling of technical regulations and safety regulations Impressed communication strength, organisational skills and solution-oriented thinking readiness and driving licence class B
