These tasks are waiting for you: Implementation of an energy management system according to legal requirements Implementation of a technical building management system Self-responsible and independent work as an object/project manager in the field of property and facility management Concept creation and extension of the technical building management system with a focus on building control technology and energy monitoring Development of the Messtelle concept and reporting GLT / TGA / Energy Monitoring (based on HOAI performance phases 1-9, AHO project steps1-5) Participation in budget creation (maintenance, investment, overhead costs) Conducting, controlling and securing the legally and/or structurally required tests of object inspections and maintenance Ensure the implementation of the requirements in accordance with the operational safety regulation Conducting consulting services as part of facility management and energy management Taxes on internal and external experts and partners involved

That's what you bring: Complete degree in facility management, supply engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, business informatics or economic engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in comparable positions in facility management Professional leadership experience, cross-disciplinary, strategic thinking, strong customer orientation Communication capability, enforcement capacity and negotiation skills Knowledge of building control systems (e.g. CAFM systems) Experience in measuring, control and control technology desirable Routined handling of MS Office and English skills desirable
