The body can be occupied both in full and part-time. In a team with our Commercial Property Managers, you will ensure the ongoing operation of the commercial real estate we provide and the execution of all the reimbursement measures. You are responsible for the ongoing technical management of the real estate, ensure operator responsibility and monitor the recurring audits and maintenance in accordance with applicable guidelines/regulations. You monitor and check the building and plant condition and create appropriate measures and budget planning. Furthermore, you will take the warranty tracking. You control and monitor the use of external service providers for the optimal management of the supervised objects. You are ideally able to provide architectural and engineering services according to the performance model according to HOAI. You are the first contact for the customer in technical questions.

You have successfully completed either a engineering degree (architecture /engineering/ facility management) or a technician or master training from the utility or electrotechnical field. You have professional experience in technical object care/management or comparable activity You have good knowledge of contract law (VOB, BGB, HOAI). You have a safe appearance and a practiced handling of tenants and clients. You are sure to deal with the common Microsoft Office applications and ideally have knowledge of SAP-RE and MS-Dynamics You work independently and structured. You have a high level of communication and a pronounced service. You look forward to diverse challenges and work with passion for the real estate industry. You have a passenger car license.
