Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Defining and implementing the regional operating strategy in close coordination with the global corporate objectives. Implementation of lean and smart manufacturing practices to reduce throughput times and waste. Optimization of machine utilization (TPM) and promotion of investments in advanced robotics and automation. Control of ''Make vs. Buy'' decisions to optimize operating capital, stocks and supply chain resilience. Head of the Roadmap for ERP, MES and IIoT Analytics to create real-time transparency in capacity planning and production. Building and promoting high-perform teams through clear competence profiles, succession planning and a pronounced security culture. Full P&L responsibility for product costs, OPEX, CAPEX budgets and the realization of savings potentials.

You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences or supply chain management. You can demonstrate leadership experience in the operational management of several locations, preferably in precision production or CNC machining. You have deep knowledge in the areas of project management, planning, strategic purchasing and Lean/Six Sigma as well as Detectable successes in P&L management and in the direction of cross-functional teams as well as pronounced change management skills. Very good knowledge of German and English High data competence and experience in the implementation of automation solutions and digital shop-floor systems complete your profile.
