The staff and law team is responsible for all matters of classical staff management, from the justification to the termination of the civil servants' or employment relationship and for all legal matters of the Stiftung Tierarzthochschule Hannover. Your tasks include: the monitoring of the employee lifecycle process from job description, recruitment, coordination with the remuneration agency to the elimination of employees from the employment relationship the support and counselling of employees associated with the work area and their managers in all matters relating to personnel matters

You have relevant professional experience in personnel management and one of the following qualifications: a completed university degree as a Dipl. ‐administrator*in (FH) or Bachelor of Arts – General Administration or Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Laws in the degree course Law with focus on staff or a completed second employee examination; or a completed first employee examination or a commercial training with the further qualification as a specialist or as a specialist (IHK) Required expertise and personal skills safe handling of Microsoft Office products courtesy, safe and binding occurrence, self-responsible and service-oriented action, motivation, resilience and team-ability Knowledge in Tariff Law (TV‐L) and application experiences with SAP‐HR are advantageous Knowledge in the field of personnel management at universities and English skills is advantageous
