Business Manager Engineering (m/w/d) Osnabrück It's all about Sales: High-quality service sales • General responsibility for the Engineering business unit at the Osnabrück site with professional and disciplinary responsibility for a team of 4 colleagues from sales and recruiting • Active new and existing customer acquisition • Conducting personal customer talks on project clarification for new and existing customers • Costing and negotiation of individual and framework contracts • Strategic responsibility for the further development of the unit • Search, enthusiasm and promotion of new employees:inside for your own project team in cooperation with Recruiting
