Your tasks

• Creating group and individual offers for children and young people
• development of everyday structures that help to promote children and young people in terms of their social development
• Support in shaping your life perspective
• Promoting action and decision autonomy
• Advise and support in social and emotional areas of life
• Instruction and support in the reflection of and dealing with feelings
• Participation in the creation of individual aid plans
• Process and targeted active and transparent cooperation with the formalilia team, relatives, persons, youth offices and other institutions
• Coordination of necessary measures and assistance
• Use within the framework of shift services (spring, late, night and weekend services)

You bring

• A well-founded pedagogical knowledge and a state recognition as an educatorin, medical educationin, a degree of study as an educator*in or a training recognised otherwise as a pedagogical specialist
• Commitment and empathy as development support
