Successfully completed study of technical building equipment (TGA), utility technology, electrical engineering, building technology, energy engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification (e.g. technician) At least 10 years of professional experience in the areas of planning, construction and/or execution, optimally in construction consulting Basic knowledge in the field of relevant regulations and legal requirements as well as safe handling of VOB, HOAI and optional AHO Pleasure of managing clients and project participants in the optimization, digitization, quality assurance, as well as the design of environmental and ecological aspects of complex technical buildings Solution-oriented negotiation skills with very good sense for people and facts
