You accompany and support young people and adults looking for work in training and training projects - practical, individual and solution-oriented. You use your instructor skills flexibly, whether in coaching, in training or in project-related tasks. You carry out application trainings, support in the professional orientation process and provide targeted practical content. You develop realistic activation and integration plans together with the participants and support them in implementation. You work closely with work brokers, companies and network partners and document all project and consulting processes. You actively engage in diverse projects, think, shape and take responsibility in changing tasks.

You have a completed training with AEVO or a completed study with an educational focus or a recognised training (e.g. specialist, master*in, specialized school) - is a prerequisite Experience in education, adult education, coaching or job placement You like to work hands-on, find creative solutions and feel comfortable in changing topics Empathy, consulting skills, conflict and motivation are among your strengths Safe in handling MS Office and comfortable in digital work environments Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; Other languages are a plus
