Sparring partners for executives in all personal-relevant topics along the Employee Life Cycle Monitoring and implementation of change processes (e.g. organisational adjustments) Responsibility for personnel topics such as Time management, change processes, etc. Control and implementation of HR projects and participation in digitalization initiatives Confidential cooperation with the works council and negotiation of business agreements Impulse for HR topics and development of pragmatic solutions in business. Combination of strategic work and operational implementation

Multiannual experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in a dynamic environment (e.g. in contract logistics) Completed study with a focus on HR or labour law or comparable qualification Knowledge of labour law and HR processes and tools Communication and enforcement strength as well as sovereign occurrence at all levels Strategic thinking paired with hands-on mentality Experience in handling change processes Analytical understanding and safe handling of key figures Good knowledge of English
