Examination, creation and further development of leasing, maintenance, insurance and service contracts for central fleet management Establishment, maintenance and further development of strategic cooperations with mobility providers as well as negotiation and design of new cooperation models Preparation and implementation of procurement procedures and cooperation with the awarding authority in the event of major procedures Operational control of the fleet including data and invoice management, time and process monitoring as well as the organisation of driver's licence controls and damage processing and consultation of employees

Bachelor of Arts – Public Management or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have knowledge in controlling and in data analysis especially with Excel, in procurement law and in contract management You have the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and also act in challenging situations targeted Organizational talent, creative and conceptual thinking as well as good time management draw you You bring communication strength and commitment to a successful team together Experience in the fleet, logistics or administration area is advantageous
