Coordination with the Supply Planner for Order Transfer and Problem Solution Sequencing orders for a realistic production plan in SAP Adapting the schedule based on plant and resource availability Material requirement planning and material requirement for suppliers Creation of material forecasts in coordination with the Supply Planner Verification of material availability and problems with material planners and QC/QA Coordination with manufacturing for the proper execution and completion of orders Participation in defining planning rules Monitoring of the timetable, analysis of the causes in the event of discrepancies and monitoring of measures Feedback to the Supply Planner to implement the delivery plan Escalation in frequent plan changes, e.g. oversales or production problems Analysis and development of proposals for the further development of master data to support industrial performance Correct data management in the system

completed commercial training or a comparable, in-depth training or Studying Advantage Experience in supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry Good knowledge of logistics and order/production planning Secure handling of SAP R/3 (PP, MM, WM, PP/PI) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of working with planning tools, for example OR Soft Schedule ++, ADS, M2 Analytical understanding of data evaluations as well as for pharmaceutical production and release processes Good English knowledge of word and writing Highly independent, structured and targeted working and self-initiative Embossed communication and coordination capability Embossed customer orientation and queries of the status quo
