With the Malteser Hausnotruf you can quickly and easily request help at the touch of a button. The small, handy device can be worn as an emergency wrist strap or as a necklace if desired. In this way, we enable older and needy people to live safely in their familiar environment. On 01.01.2026 we are looking for a home emergency call in Unna reinforcement based on a slight employment or part-time (by agreement 20-30 hours/week). As a customer manager (m/w/d) you have a good feeling for our customers (m/w/d) and are a contact person around the home emergency call directly at their home. You expect a great task in which you can make the support of needy people your profession.

You are available for our customers in emergency 24/7 alternately with your colleagues (m/w/d) You help our customers (m/w/d) in their apartment when You have triggered an alarm and do not need rescue service You decide with the customer (m/w/d) with your colleagues (m/w/d) from the home emergency call center whether you may need further assistance such as rescue service, emergency doctor or fire department You document your work and maintain customer data via a tablet You carry out minor repairs in technical faults
