The XÖV standard (XML in public administration) is an important part of the digital management processes and enables the media-break-free data exchange within the administration and between the administration and its customers. It forms the basis for the realization of digital administrative processes. The aim is to integrate various XÖV standards, such as XMeld, XCompany, XSales (XRechnung), XLight Image, XHigh Documents, XBase Data, XPrivacy Cockpit and XAfterweis, into the KBA procedures. Your area of responsibility includes: Support in the design and implementation of processes using XÖV standards Consultation and support of the department in projects and applications where XÖV standards are to be used Technical and technical development of XÖV standards, in particular with regard to technical data models, message structures and code lists Creation of artifacts such as record descriptions and XML structures Support in the creation of technically valid XÖV messages Conception and realization of process representations such as value chain diagrams (WKD) and event-controlled process chains (EPK) Accompanying the further development of XÖV standards and evaluation of impacts on existing procedures Development of opinions on planned changes in XÖV standards Working in Working Groups of the XÖV Standards and representing the interests of KBA Conception of amendments and participation of affected areas in the House
