Leadership and development of a specialized team for non-food raw materials Total responsibility for cost management and security of supply of non-food raw materials in Europe Strategic development of the European supplier base for energy, technical gases, logistics, storage, packaging materials, chemicals and protective equipment Responsibility for budgets, forecasts, market reports, KPIs and inventory management Development and implementation of cost optimization and value creation initiatives Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers Continuous market surveillance to ensure competitiveness and security of supply Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, finance, controlling, quality and sustainability Preparation and implementation of internal and customer-related presentations Active participation in the centralisation of shopping activities and Lean-Supply-Chain initiatives Ensuring compliance with relevant EU legislation in the field of non-food competences

Complete university studies in BWL, food technology, agricultural sciences or a comparable field Multiannual experience in a leading shopping or sales function Representative communication, analysis and negotiation capabilities Experience in the creation of price documents and the handling of financial tools Very good MS Office knowledge and pronounced presentation skills Very good English skills in word and writing
