Your tasks include ensuring a demand-oriented, economical and timely supply of material in the Service business unit through efficient disposition and inventory control. You are responsible for the disposition of needs, in particular for spare parts and tools, as well as the control of the processes from the determination and release of needs to the inventory and order monitoring. In addition, ensure the quality of relevant material master data, define suitable MRP parameters and develop standards for efficient control of complex material flows. Furthermore, you validate project requirements, control the approval for internal and external procurement and continuously monitor the procurement and inventory situation. In addition, initiate and coordinate the dispatch processing and process cross-project clarification cases in close coordination with the participating interfaces. In addition, perform plausibility checks of material master data.

You have completed technical or commercial training, ideally complemented by further training or studies in the field of business management or supply chain management. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in disposition, production planning, or in operational purchasing. You have very good knowledge of material disposition with ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as a safe handling of Microsoft Excel and evaluations. Analytical thinkability, number affinity as well as pronounced coordination and organizational capacity are the key features.
